These terms apply when you book a home appointment or order custom tailoring from MS Creation.

Appointments

A booking request is confirmed only after we call you. Home visits are available Monday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, in the areas we serve. There is no extra charge for the home visit itself.

Orders and fit

Stitching begins after measurements, fabric, and design are agreed. Delivery timing depends on the garment and is shared when the order is confirmed. If a finished piece does not match the agreed measurements, tell us and we will arrange an alteration.

Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule a home visit by calling +91-989-168-2223 or emailing mscreationtailors@gmail.com before the tailor arrives. Fabric that has already been cut cannot be returned.
